This
Error is mostly related to java issue. If you have not set java path
properly then this error will come. Here I am sharing some how to
resolve this error. Kindly Follow Following step.
Due to the Java Home Path mentioned is either incorrect or Java JRE is not installed this error generate 53 error.
To resolve this issue, Navigate to Tools --> Options --> Preview and correct the Java Home Path as shown below.
Put Correct Java path like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7" then Click on Ok
Save the Template and then Check.This resolve this issue.

I had enter incorrect JRE Path to replicate the issue.
